SMOK TFV8 Cloud Beast Tank Review

Quality

Today I will be reviewing the SMOK TFV8 Cloud Beast Tank. Let’s start with the essential details of this cloud bellowing tank. It’s a 24.5mm sub ohm tank, ( 25mm with glass tube ) for those who like to be precise. The SMOK TFV8 can hold 5.5 to 6ml of eliquid, dependent on the coil you have installed. The tank casting comes in a vast array of colors including stainless steel, gold, black, gunmetal grey and rainbow. You will find the adjustable dual airflow at the bottom of the tank and the unique latch filling lid at the top. The filling slots are not the biggest on this tank, but do the job if you’re careful enough.

You get plenty of choice when it comes to coils including the V8-T8 Octuple, V8-Q4 Quadruple and V8 Exclusive Turbo RBA Head. I have found this tank to perform quite well. It consistently chucks dense clouds without being a juice guzzler. Of course this depends on what wattage your using. I did find some small leaking issues, but I’d say it was due to a bad coil. Make sure to prep your coil seals before installation and you should be right. Overall the SMOK TFV8 is a sound tank.

Price

Retailing at around $29.99 USD or $46 AUD. If you were interested in checking out one of SMOK’s newer tanks, I would recommend the SMOK TFV12 Cloud Beast Sub Ohm Tank.

Packaging

SMOK always produce fantastic packaging. It is well thought out and neatly presented. The box is lined with foam and contains everything you need to get started including spares and the usual paraphernalia like a good detailed instruction manual. I like the way that it’s simple but effective and makes great storage too.
