Quality
The Innokin Sceptre Pod System is a luxe style device that can do both MTL and RDL vaping. It oozes sophistication thanks to its in vogue design. The main chassis is visually striking and super modern. It also boasts numerous ‘nice to have’ features like adjustable airflow, boost mode, and a handy cartridge light. But is this pod just another pretty face or can it also perform as well as it presents? Keep reading to find out.
Innokin is a long-standing vape manufacturer that was founded in 2011. They’re based in Shenzhen, China, but also have offices in the USA and UK. Innokin pride themselves on developing affordable and easy to use devices. As a result, many people consider them as a leader in the industry. Most Innokin products are well received by everyday vapers and vape reviewers. It’s easy to see why they’ve gotten such a good reputation.
Pod
The Innokin Sceptre Pod is relatively compact in size, measuring just 106.8mm’s by 29mm’s by 18mm’s. It feels great in hand and also conveniently fits into most pockets or bags. The body is made from good quality zinc-alloy. This makes it extremely durable and lightweight. The internal 1400mAh rechargeable battery should provide enough power for a few days or so of vaping. Unfortunately, it utilizes a slightly slow MicroUSB port.
The Innokin Sceptre Pod offers two power modes. This includes normal and boosted. Depending on the type of coil installed, the output will be automatically adjusted between 9 and 20 watts. Another feature I loved was the adjustable airflow! Furthermore, it was super easy to switch between MTL and RDL vaping. It’s nice to see manufacturers are finally starting to listen to consumers.
The Innokin Sceptre Pod boasts two firing systems. You can either click a button or just inhale to activate. This makes it beginner-friendly and versatile. The kit comes with two coils. This includes a 0.5ohm RDL and 1.2ohm MTL. Both performed well and the flavor was phenomenal. The cloud production was minimal, but that’s to be expected from this type of device. The cartridge can hold 2ml to 3ml, depending on which coil is installed. I would have liked a bit more capacity in all honesty.
Price
The Innokin Sceptre Pod is available to buy right now. The cheapest place I could find it was on VaporDNA. They have it listed for $24.99 USD. I think that’s reasonable, but it could always be a touch cheaper to stay competitive with the likes of SMOK, VOOPOO, and Freemax. I would happily recommend this pod to new vapers and vapers that enjoy owning a good looking device.
Packaging
The Innokin Sceptre Pod comes in a variety of unique colors and finishes; including fun texture options. This includes black, blue, white, grey, and also pink. Zophie Vapes also collaborated on a special purple edition. The packaging design matches the overall device theme. It’s minimalistic and contemporary. On the front face is a really nice shot of the pod. Inside you’ll find your Innokin Sceptre Pod, cartridge, 2 x coils, MicroUSB charging cable, and also a user manual.
